Intro to Warm up & Cool down via Zoom

Suitable for all handlers that train with their dogs in any discipline. Do you want to reduce risk of injury to your sports whilst enhancing their performance? Ensure your Scentwork dog is able to indicate well without being in discomfort of feeling stiff? Or perhaps show off your beautiful show dogs finest movement allowing them to really show off their gait with perfection! lets face it, I cant see anyone saying no to this?!? Join me for a canine warm-up and cool-down talk and demonstration on Thursday 9th November @ 6.30pm. The talk is aimed at being interactive so although I will ask you all to keep yourself on mute for the main part, you will be welcome to unmute yourselves if you have any comments and questions as we go. During the first part Amy will talk you through the benefits to warm up and cool down, discussing different disciplines. The second part will include a suggested warm up and cool down routine and demo for you to try out on your own dogs when your next at training and competing. We will then finish with a Q&A. You will be emailed the Zoom link approx 2 days prior to the meeting. Please ensure you have zoom set up prior to the meeting on a suitable device.
